HRAYR SAMVEL HAKOBYAN (born in 1975, in the village Maghavuz of the Martakert region, NKR) has been a doctor at the General Oncology Department of the National Center of Oncology (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia) since 2002. He has been the head of the polyclinic service of the National Center of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of the RA since 2016.
From 1982-1992 studied and graduated from Maghavuz secondary school with honor.
From 1993-1999 studied at the Faculty of Medicine of Yerevan State Medical Institute.
From 1999-2001 completed his residency at the Oncology Department of Yerevan State Medical University.
In 2019 received the "Quality Mark" award.
